Masterlease an international vehicle leasing company is committed to helping its customers around the world reduce the environmental impact of their fleets. As part of its commitment to the environment and recognising the importance of this issue, Masterlease supported World Environment Day on 5th June 2008 by actively promoting various activities across 17 countries of operation with 1,200 employees in total across various fleet service operations.
Some of the things they did to Cut Kilo's were:

used one paper towel for drying hands
-
turned off PC monitors during lunch, meetings and before leaving the office
-
not printing out e-mails unless absolutely necessary
-
recycled all waste paper
-
printed back to back and on multiple pages per sheet
-
used an LCD and laptop in meetings to save handouts
-
turned off all lights in rooms that weren't occupied
-
introduced car sharing and promoted using public transport to get to work
