As the oldest firm of chartered surveyors in existence, Drivers Jonas are highly regarded commercial property consultants. So when they decided to tackle climate change, people noticed.
As the first company of its kind to earn CarbonNeutral® certification, Drivers Jonas was instrumental in formulating best practices for reducing CO2 emissions in their industry. A lot has changed in the nearly 300 years since Drivers Jonas was founded. They are doing their part to prevent the climate from changing, too.
How The CarbonNeutral Company helped:
- We measured the amount of CO2 the firm emitted from their offices including all commuting and business travel

Our CarbonNeutral® policy brings real commercial benefits to the firm. We have been very active in advising clients on environmental and sustainability projects. Our recent appointment at Gallions Park for the LDA, is one example. This is London Mayor Ken Livingstone’s flagship development project, which he believes will set an example for other residential development projects to follow.
