Stephen Killeen - Executive Chairman
As the business has expanded internationally, Stephen joined The CarbonNeutral Company as Chief Executive Officer in 2007.  Stephen has led numerous successful high profile consumer, financial, and technology companies for over 15 years, including TerraLycos, WorldWinner, Raging Bull, and served as a senior executive with Fidelity Brokerage Services and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette.

Neil Braun - Chief Executive Officer
Neil Braun’s joined The CarbonNeutral Company from a previous post as CEO of carbon management business, GreenLife.  Previously Neil has been a senior executive in major public corporations including President of the NBC Television Network and Chairman and CEO of Viacom Entertainment, as well as venture stage companies including President and COO of Imagine Entertainment and President and COO of Vanguard Animation.

Jon May - Chief Financial Officer
Jon May was the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Catalytic Capital LLC, a private equity firm.  Previously Jon had been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Triarc Companies, Inc., (NYSE: TRY) where he was responsible for merger identification and execution, corporate finance, and planning. While at Triarc, John held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Arby's, Inc. from 1999-2001, and remained Chairman of Arby's from 2001-2004, managing the growth of 3,400 branded restaurants comprising US$ 2.5 billion of global system-wide sales.

Jonathan Shopley - Managing Director and External Affairs
Jonathan was CEO of The CarbonNeutral Company for 6 years from 2001 and has led its evolution and expansion across Europe.  He has been instrumental in promoting collaborative relationships with government, NGOs and industry -- a focus he retains with responsibility for further developing the Company's global presence, and accelerating the pace and quality of voluntary action on climate change.  Prior to The CarbonNeutral Company he held the position of Managing Director and Vice President in the European division of Arthur D. Little, the technology and management consulting company.

Mark Lacroix - Executive Vice President, Global Business Development
Mark has the unique combination of over 25 years of experience as a sales and marketing executive, and leadership as a senior sustainability officer. Most recently he held the position of Vice President, Global Sustainability with InterfaceFABRIC, a leading manufacturer of commercial interior fabrics. In this role, Mark provided guidance and direction to all disciplines within the company, integrating sustainability throughout facilities and operations.

Sue Welland - Founder and Executive Director, Marketing
Sue co-founded the company in 1997 after 15 years experience in integrated marketing communications including 5 years in pan European marketing at British Airways, Eurotunnel, and Visa International.  Sue is responsible for global public relations and marketing for the company in addition to providing senior level counselling to clients on strategic communications and positioning on climate change issues.

Maria Cappelen - Director, Carbon SourcingMaria Cappelen joined the The CarbonNeutral Company in 2006 as head of carbon procurement. She and her team are active in the VER and CER markets, executing project-based transactions originating mostly in the developing countries. Prior to joining the company, Maria was working in the power industry for 10 years, specializing in power trading and structured deals in Scandinavia, Poland and the US. During this period Maria was also involved in hydro power project development in Latin America. Maria started her career trading fixed income securities for a major US investment bank in the City of London.

Bill Sneyd - Director, Advisory Services
Bill joined the company in 2002, with experience as an explorations engineer at Shell International, and a post INSEAD-MBA period as a management consultant at Diamond Cluster.  He heads up our client advisory activities, and has spearheaded world first projects including the offset programme for the World Summit for Sustainable Development and CarbonNeutral Newcastle City.

Jem Porcaro - Senior Vice President, Advisory ServicesJem  has nearly 10 years of experience in energy and environmental management and policy. His career includes a substantial period as energy analyst with the Sustainable Energy Programme at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the U.N.’s largest source of grant assistance. At UNDP, Jem was responsible for advising governments on sustainable energy technologies and policy and helping manage UNDP’s $2.5 billion energy project portfolio.

Prior to UNDP, Jem worked as an environmental engineer advising large corporate clients, including several Fortune 500 companies, on U.S. environmental policy and regulation.  Jem holds a Masters in International Energy Management and Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelors of Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
